Hi, I’m Danielle

Thank you for being here!

Do you believe that play and creativity can have a HUGE impact on a child’s, teens, and adults mental health? Absolutely!

For the past 17 years, I've supported people's mental health journeys through the creative process. As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist, I bring both a healthcare background and lived experience that mirrors what many of my clients are going through.

Why art? Well, creativity has always been the core of my healing process. Throughout the past 30 years, I have struggled with health challenges which created obstacles and reeked havoc on my mental health and body. Instead of pushing the negative feelings down I incorporated daily journaling, meditation, and creating a space just for my own well-being to aid in my journey to a better self. Art allowed me to feel free and unmasked.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. I enjoy tending to my garden and anything outdoors. One of my favorite activities is teaching son, whether it’s homeschool or making bagels in the kitchen. Nothing beats those moments!
